You can enjoy the fresh asparagus in different variations: Be it as a delicious asparagus cream soup for starters or classic with hollandaise sauce and buttered potatoes.

If you miss some meat, you can also order Schnitzel Viennese style, cooked and Black Forest ham or rump steak with the aromatic asparagus.

By the way, asparagus only develops its typical flavour when cooked and therefore tastes completely different raw than cooked.
